Some tips when lifting weights.

We all have been there when we first start working out and it seems like a whole new world that you just walked into. At times it can be a little confusing as well if you don't know what kind of machine to work out on and what type of exercises to do. what diet you want to start when you start your and so forth. 

Here are a few Ideas to get you started..

1. Set Goals   These can go day by day and are a great idea to start with and then you can set weekly goals and then monthly and then set a big one for the end of the year. Just keep in mind that the smaller goals are there to help you to achieve your final goal. 

2. Do Your Research  This goes with anything that you do. You can check out the local gyms to get an idea on what all is included with the membership price. Take notice what all is included in the membership as well as how close it is to where you live and what all equipment is there. do you remember earlier when I was talking about what diet you want to do? Well, this is the perfect opportunity do do your research on the different ones and there are a lot of them out there. Don't forget about if you were going to use any supplements this is a great time to research that as well.

3. Have Someone Work Out With You  Just starting out it can be a little confusing as what exercises to do and also when you are working out and need that extra motivational push as well. The other person motivate you when you need to do that 1 extra rep or if you just feel like quitting in the middle of the work out or when you need a spot when you are bench pressing and so forth. 

4. Work On Your Form Having proper form in any exercises will keep you from tearing a muscle, tendon or ligament. To work on your form do the exercises in front if the mirrors and start out with low weight and focus on the movement and and the form. Take the bicep curl for instance: stand with the feet together, knees slightly bent keeping the stomach tight, keep your back strait and keep elbows in. That is just part of the form for that exercise. 

5. Supplements There are many types of supplements out there today from fat burners to vitamins and everything else in between. Knowing what you are putting in your body and what the supplements are doing is a must. Do your research. And the main thing to remember about supplements are that they are to either boost or supplement. So don't go over board with the supplements and read the whole label.

6. Don't Over Do It When you first start to exercise for the first time your body is not use to all the work that your muscles are doing. And you will be extremely sore for about the first week or so. I will take your body about 2 weeks to get use to everything that you are putting it through. The soreness is due to your muscles producing Lactic Acid that helps to break it down to build more. Also don't go so heavy with the weights as well. Start off lifting light and work on your form. when doing Cardio don't over do it as well. But before you start working out consult with your doctor first. It will help you in the long run as well.

Here are just a few tips to get you started. Here is a little fun fact about your muscles that you didn't know. When your muscles contract your muscles uses calcium for the contraction.  A lot of people think that when you go to the gym and work out that you are body building and so forth, but they are wrong. all the work out is doing is causing the muscle to tear. The real body building is done while you are sleeping when your body repairs it's self. 

Well, there you have it. Those are just a few things to keep in mind when you start to work out. Just remember this. As with anything, you get out of it what you put into it. Better Call Saul season 2 !!!!!

Last year the creator of Breaking Bad started a spin off show called Better Call Saul. It is about the lawyer Saul Goodman in Breaking Bad. The show takes you from Saul Goodman's journey from the beginning from when he first started being a lawyer and through out the show there will be people who starred in Breaking Bad will be making appearances.

Season one had us all laughing and at the edge of our seats at times. I cannot wait to see what Season 2 holds and which characters from baking bad will appear as well. At the end of season 1 he was getting ready to go against Sand Piper Crossing which is a huge nursing home chain. Season 2 starts tonight on AMC at 10pm EST and 9pm Central Time.

This show is a must to watch! You wont be disappointed.

In remembrance of Morgan Ingram

Morgan Ingram was a free spirited young soul who lost her life On December 2nd 2011 due to a stalker. She will be forever remembered as a fun loving, caring, wonderful person who loved to spend time with her friends and family. And loved to travel, go places with her family and just have fun in general. Today marks the 4th year that her life was taken too soon. In fact way too soon. so In this day and every day I would like her family and friends and everyone who knew her remember all the great and wonderful experiences and times that they have shared and how Morgan Ingram positively impacted their lives. Morgan Ingram will always be there with her friends and family watching over them and giving them signs that she is there with them watching over them. 

I would like for every one who reads this blog post please light a candle in remembrance for Morgan Ingram.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens
In theaters December 18th

I think George Lucas is a genius when it comes to science fiction. He managed to create a brand that has branched out for almost 40 years. When you look back at the original Star Wars movie that came out in 1977 who knew that it would go on to become the biggest and most successful film franchise in the history of entertainment.

What I really like about this new movie is the fact they are bringing back Harrison Ford. The original Han Solo. I think he will bring so much to this movie. I also like that they are bring back Carrie Fisher, the original Princess Leila. To be honest, they should have brought them back previously.  

I think the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer looks great (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGbxmsDFVnE) and just gives you a lot of preview. I don't know if you knew this, but this trailer broke records when it first came out. Over 30 million views in just 24 hours which proves Star Wars really is the most popular film franchise and has a lot of fans.

I can't wait until December 18, 2015 which I do believe is the Friday before Christmas. Christmas is the Friday after, so they were smart putting out this movie before then. I can't wait to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Best in Beauty 2015: Men

My girlfriend Sarah Afshar is a beauty writer for Examiner.com. I am very proud of everything she does and I love her so much (and Sarah if you are reading, I love you so much). The death of Elisa Lam

My girlfriend Sarah Afshar and I were talking yesterday and she asked me if I could channel Elisa Lam. She explained to me that Elisa's death remains unsolved. She went on to tell me that how she died is a mystery, but how she was found was extremely sinister. Needless to say, I was real curious based on what Sarah told me. She didn't tell me too much about Elisa Lam's death and insisted that I do not search "Elisa Lam" on Google because she didn't want anything distorting my channeling.

As I covered my eyes I started channeling. I would say immediately a woman about 5'4, maybe even 5'5 appeared. She looked to be of Asian decent. I saw her taking something. Something as in pills. I am not detecting any hardcore drugs like Ectasy (or MDMA) or anything like that. I am detecting they were sleeping pills. I am not sure if she took too many or too high of a dosage because all I saw when I channeled was this woman taking medication.

Continuing with the channel, I saw Elisa literally sleep walking and just wondering around the hotel. I even see her entering an elevator and pushing all of the buttons. I don't see her conscious at all. In fact, I am picking up multiple feelings. A feeling of confusion, being dazed, almost befuddled, but being unconscious and even lost. She was in a dream state because she was asleep.

The channel took me to Elisa staggeringly walking to the roof top area of where she was staying. I do believe the elevator took her there and I do see steps like she walked up a few to get there. She looked confused, disoriented and almost appeared to be hallucinating as well. She thought she was going down, but it turned out she went all of the way up. I saw that the water tank was to the right.

I literally see Elisa walking over to the water tank and opening it up. I am picking up that she sees it as being the door to the hotel to where she was staying. Instead, it is the water tank and I see her falling in. She tries to escape, but the door closed behind her and she cannot get out. She's trapped and as she falls in, she basically drowned to death. This is how she died.

Meanwhile, no one knows she is there until the entire hotel notices odd things about the water. I am being shown what looks to be grey water with a darkest red color with it and the smell and the taste smelled rotten. A very acquired yet revolting taste that can be best described as rotten meat mixed with a musky perfume, but even more sinister and unpleasant. I also see water running very very slow, as if Elisa Lam's body was controlling the pressure. I do believe that happened as well.

I see that she was missing for about 3 weeks or so before she was actually discovered in the tank. She wasn't murdered and her death was not a suicide. This is a result of accidentally drowning which was caused and exacerbated by drugs. In this case, sleeping pills. I don't know if she took too much, but based on the taste it is possibility. It didn't help she sleep walked. I'm guessing the place she stayed, the hotel wasn't a busy place because if it were, someone would have noticed and woke her up.

Some things to look for when purchasing a BB Cream

When you think of a BB Cream you think that's for a woman right? Wrong!  Because there are many things that make up the BB Cream or Beauty Balm. It has a moisturizer, sunblock, serum, foundation and primer all in one. You can use it to hide blemishes, and as a sun block as well. There are different shades for different skin tones too.

Then secondly, get a small sample and test it on a small part of your skin to check for sensitivity, If you get something that you are extremely sensitive to, your skin will break out and then you will have other problems that you do not want. Also you would want to read the whole label to see what all is in there to see if you are allergic to anything before you even put it on your skin for even the skin test. And if you are a first time user ask some one how to apply it and how much, because the last thing you want is to put on a lot and have it look like it is caked on and unnatural. So don't be afraid to ask for help. And just remember that men can use BB Cream too.

Keyword and SEO Manipulation used by my stalker in Portland, Oregon

Hello everyone. How are you doing? So, today I get a call from an old friend of mine today who said they typed in my name and found all sorts of crazy stuff about me. Stuff that wasn't even true in relation to "that crazy guy from Portland that is accusing you and some Brian guy of stalking him" as my friend puts it.  What I found odd was when you type in Joseph Valo III or Joe Valo III or even Joseph Valo and Joe Valo, my stalker Michael Odegard's name comes up immediately. It also comes up as "Michael Odegard's Stalker Joseph Valo."

Then I did a search on my girlfriend Sarah Afshar's name and it shows the same thing except a crazy stalking hag from Eugene Oregon who has took it upon herself to libel my girlfriend. The same one who stalks and harasses Toni Ingram. Upon investigation, I did some research and discovered keyword manipulation. I contacted a few people and they told me that what Odegard is doing is basically Black Hat SEO. Then it says "Did you mean Michael Odegard Music?" This leads me to believe that Odegard and Mayra Martinez (MayraMM) had help from a third party source to manipulate the keywords. I typed in a few people's names and didn't find any connection, so I decided to channel. As a psychic medium, I do that when I can't find the answer to something. The first thing I saw was purple before seeing Sword and Scale, realizing that Mike Boudet was behind this. I, then googled Mike Boudet which allowed me to see he has experience with SEO and so forth.

I am not surprised since my girlfriend and I never did Boudet's podcast. Kind of disappointed because my girlfriend and I never once belittled him, even though he has told several people we have. At least that is what I am being told. I knew his connection to Tricia and could it see it over a year ago when he first contacted me, but overlooked it. Tricia Griffith of Websleuths the mastermind behind the libel, slander, and defamation of my girlfriend Sarah Afshar and Toni Ingram, the mother of Morgan Ingram. Boudet is behind the keyword manipulation and is helping Michael Odegard seek revenge against those people that he has stalked and harassed yet tried to say that we are the ones harassing him. Looking at everything though, it is only allowing people to see the truth about me and my girlfriend when anyone types in one of names and seeing how much of a liar Odegard is.

What concerns me most is Michael Coleman Odegard is making money from my name. We have a man who sells a story to the government to collect his monthly payment simply because he is unwell. It is very clear he does have Munchausen syndrome by internet. I am no psychologist, but it doesn't take one to know how unstable this man is. I also think he may have HPD, BPD, and possibly paranoid schizophrenia, as well. Again, not a psychologist. I actually have a few friends with mental illnesses who would never do what Odegard is doing. Odegard is filled with negative energy because no one would spitefully lie like he does.

The lies he has told are disgusting, especially about me and my girlfriend and I feel bad for anyone who believes what they are being told by this man. Don't believe what he is selling you. It was this podcast that riled him up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0nctMBJV5s and he's been trying to get it taken down ever since I did it. He is scared that people will know the truth about him. He created those sites with the intent to stalk and harass both my girlfriend and I because he was/is obsessed with my girlfriends mother and we have tons of proof. Odegard is playing the victim so he can get away with harassment. He's already threatened to kill me and I have tons of proof no matter how many denials he makes. He has a record in Portland and in Vancouver, Washington. He's been in and out of mental facilities. This is clearly someone who is not well and believes he has the right to spread horrible, untrue lies about other people because he is not well. What concerns me most is how a mentally unstable individual who is filled with so much hate for himself and the world is making money from my name, as well as, my girlfriend's name. Is Michael Odegard really cashing in on his lies and slander against me and my girlfriend, as well as, Brian Mann?

Question of the Day: Do you still talk to the Gods n Aliens?

Q: What's up Joe? How are you? I was a fan of the band you were in called Gods and Aliens. I saw you perform at the Deadhorse back in early 2013 shortly before you parted ways with the band. I really love The Calling. It was the best song in the entire play lineup and I really loved the solo you performed in the beginning. You are a phenomenal bass player. I wanted to ask, do you still talk to the band?

First, I want to say thank you. Thank you for the wonderful compliment. One of the reasons I stayed with Gods n Aliens for so long was because of not only the music, but because of the fans and people like you, so your words are appreciated.

Unfortunately, I don't talk to the band anymore and haven't talked to them in almost 3 years. I think it's better this way simply because I am working on a new music project right now with my girlfriend Sarah.

Cheaters Exposed By Ashley Madison Hack

A cheater is not defined by race, color of skin, ethnicity, or sex. It can be male or female as well. In the recent weeks a group of hackers went and hack the Ashley Madison website that promoted cheating. I do not condone cheating and never will. It mean, despicable, and shows everyone what type of person you are. And the person that cheats has low self esteem, the lowest standards if any, and trash. Because they done care about the person they are with and they don't care about themselves as well as their families which include the innocent third parties like children and family members too. it can destroy marriages and relationships and friendships as well and make everyone think twice about you as well.

The Ashley Madison hack has exposed countless number of cheaters all around the world as well. High level of government employees using the government computers to go on to the website and so forth. And now there are reports of people getting extorted and everything else. But I can say that those people who cheated have it coming.

I was in a relationship in Texas for about 9 months and I'm not going to get too personal about this but I caught her cheating on me. And here is the way I was able to catch her cheating on me and it wasn't even through hacking. It all started when she went and left for long periods of time like for the whole weekend at a time and it didn't stop there, it was during the week day and nights as well. she never even would tell me where she was going just in case something would happen. She didn't tell no one not even her parents. And when I would ask her where she was she got all defensive about it and accuse me of cheating.

And when she would come back her hair would be all messed up and she would be all a mess and distant. We were always fighting and she would accuse me of cheating on her every time. And I remember one night I came home from work a little late. She had some of our friends there and she just screamed and hollered insisting that I was with some one else and that I cheated on her. She went over to me and pulled my pants and underwear down in front of every one and was smelling to see if I had cheated on her. He our friends told her that she was crazy and left. And then she wasn't going to shower until I admitted to cheating on her.

I said to her that she is crazy and if that happens I'm sleeping on the couch. So I slept on the couch for 2 weeks and I never had no physical contact with her because she was all nasty and rank. and now keep in mind that the fighting and arguing and the accusations kept on. And she would still disappear for days at a time.  I know that she was cheating on me but I had no proof. But I would find out soon enough. at the end of the 2 weeks one day I went to work and was there for about 2 hours and I had to go back to the apartment to get something. When I got to the apartment I noticed that one of our friends truck was there. I didn't pay no mind to it. and I went into the apt and got what I went there to get and noticed that the door was closed. and heard some noises coming from there.

So I went and opened the door and I caught her red handed!! Hell underneath him... And I said, "ahh hmm" in an authoritative type of sound and he immediately stopped and they went and both covered up. And she told me to get the "F" out. and I said,"I finally caught you." And he said " Are you going to kick my ass?" And I said "No." and he said,"Why?" And I said to him, "You must either be really stupid of the man of the year because she hasn't showered for 2 weeks" And he look at me and his eyes got heal huge like WTF. Then he looked at her said, "You told me that you showered!" Her face got 3 shades of purple and threw the lamp at me. I shut the door, left and went back to work.

At first I was hurt because I felt betrayed but then I realized that I'm much better than she could ever be and that I was too good for her and kicked her out. By her cheating on me it made my life hell in this way. She got me fired from a good job where I was working at by going in and causing a scene, every where we would go she would be accusing me of looking at other women and even pick fights with other women just to make a scene, all the constant fighting and arguing and I couldn't even go to the store let alone work with out being accused of cheating on her. She even had our friends and her friends go and check up on me as well.

All the signs were there of her cheating but I just needed  the proof.. Being gone for hours and days on end, the accusations that were constant, the fighting, and so forth. I am happy this happened because in the end,  I am with the one woman I am meant to be with and her name is Sarah Afshar. Cheating is not worth it. If you are unhappy in the relationship just leave. Or try and work things out to prevent it from happening. 

Michael Vick Signs With Pittsburgh Steelers For One Year

Every one was shocked and taken by surprise by the news that yesterday the Pittsburgh Steelers has signed Michael Vick. It stirred up a lot of controversy because of Vick's actions back in 2007 for financing a dog fighting ring in which he lost a multi million dollar endorsement and served his time in prison. I know that people can change but only if they want to. And I know that a lot of people and I feel what he did was wrong and extremely messed up. But he did do the time and payed the punishment for his crime and for the dogs that he has hurt.

If you look back from the time he went to prison and got out till now, he has never gotten in trouble with the law and everything. I think what had happened was that he got mixed up with the wrong people and he lost control.  And from what I can see that he has changed because he wanted to change. And that is the only way to change. I know that the coaching staff and the Pittsburgh Steelers owners and administration and the NFL have did an extensive back ground check and everything. The have found out that he did change hence the reason he is on the team.

How can you tell if someone has truly change? You can tell by their actions and what and how they do everything. I also know that there is probably something in the contract that states about any action of misconduct of that nature or so forth would result in immediate termination of the contract. 

I seen that there is a petition for Michael Vick to be removed from the Pittsburgh Steelers. But I urge everyone to judge him for his past because of what he did. Let him prove to everyone how he has changed and why the Pittsburgh Steelers signed him. There is a reason for everything that they do. And they may just want to switch up everything and keep everything fresh and different. If the Rooneys and the coaching staff and the rest of the team players believe in him to do the job of backing Ben Roethlisberger for this season. Then we should let them do their job. So lets give Michael Vick a chance to see what great positive things he can do for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the field and off the field. 

Some things to look for when purchasing men's grooming products

We all have been there men, we go to the store to get some razors, skincare products, shampoo and conditioner or even the beard and mustache trimmer and we cannot make up our mind. Well here are somethings to take into consideration when you go shopping you your grooming products to help ease your confusion.It all depends what you are looking for. 

There are many types of razors. Ones with multiple blades, ones, with single blades. Disposable ones. Electric ones that are either wet or dry. and what I mean by wet or dry is the wet ones you can use in the shower and sue shaving cream, gel or oil with them and you can get the whole unit wet. The dry ones, you cannot get them wet and you use them dry and cannot use shaving cream, gel or oil with the electric shaving unit.  

If you are looking for a razor, you cannot just get any old kind. Sure those one use razors or ok. But you need to take into consideration when you get them because most of them do not have an open back to the hair out from in between the razor blades. 

Then you have to bang and tap the the razor on the side of the sink in which can and will damage the razor and the hair will still be there after you still go through all that work. and then you will have to end up using 2 or 3 to get the job done. Believe me I have been there and done that. Not only do you spend more money on the razors but you you also run the risk of damaging your skin as well and leaving it irritated as well. 

You also have to take into consideration that if you have thick and coarse facial hair you will need a better razor as well.  If you have very sensitive skin you will need a razor with a good moisturizing lubricating strip on the razor as well. not only will that help with the irritation but it will help to keep it a clean, smooth and close shave. Also some things that can effect the shaving process is the type of shaving cream, gel or oil that you use. 

The purpose of a shaving cream, gel and oil is to help nourish the skin, help aid in a nice clean smooth close shave with less irritation. Also to help prepare the hair to be shaven by making it stand strait up for a better shave as well. And then also you need a great aftershave. there are some great aftershaves of all prices that does what it says. 

You also should look for one that has Witch Hazel in it because it helps to lessen the irritation from shaving and if you have sensitive skin, you need something like that because if you don't your face will become Irritated and so forth.  No keep in mind also that when you shave you are taking off the dead skin like when you are exfoliating as well. So when you shave you don't need to exfoliate those areas that you have shaved. if you do you can damage and irritate your skin.

Cyber Bullying.

 Hello everyone. How are you? Today, I want to talk about something that seems to be happening quite often on the internet, bullying. You see, we all at some point in our lives have been bullied, harassed and even stalked, but with the internet readily available on just about every device, it seems to have moved on to another platform or stage, so to speak where it seems to cause more damage than the physical kind. Because of the social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and so forth.  Believe it or not, there are people who believe everything that they see on the social media, as there are people who live by it as well. 

The thing is basically anyone can go online and harass, bully and even stalk some one for just about any reason. Whether the person got offended by what the intended target said or it could be that the person is unhinged and bored and likes to do that to people who they don't even know nor have ever met in person.

I have been bullied, harassed and everything else in school and I was able to deal with it. But recently with in the last few years, I have been harassed, stalked, and yes bullied on the internet. In fact, I am being harassed, stalked, and even bullied by a man from Portland, Oregon who I never met in my life. 

The point is, people can hide behind the computer and say what ever they want to say because they dont have to worry about ever having to encounter the person at all. They will do anything to drag you down to their level, at whatever way they can. Whether it is posting rude comments under your pictures, creating hate sites, or even threaten to release all your personal information.

There are many ways you can deal with this, depending on the type of harassment you are enduring. If they are not effecting you, you can just ignore them. However; if they have affected you in someway and you feel your life is threatened, you can do what I did with my stalker and file multiple reports to leave a paper trail in case that person tries to follow through on their threats towards. Now, my cyberstalker/cyberbully is a 40+ year old man from Portland. I filed multiple reports based on both the content of the threats and the fact that this man has been in/out of mental health institutions.

My interview with AJ Jung

A while ago, my girlfriend Sarah Afshar and I were contacted by a friend of Morgan Ingram's for an interview. His name is AJ Jung and he is the creator of the Keenan Vanginkel blog. He said that he was spammed some podcast about us and he said it was real libelous and you could tell the people that appeared on it were lying to try and discredit Toni Ingram and everyone who supports her. I'm gonna take a stab and guess it's the one with Mike Boudet which is filled with lies. I listened to it and it is all lies. What was real messed up was my stalker, the man from Portland and his 45 minute rant of fruit cake.

Jung knew it was all lies too. So that is when he wanted to hear our side of the story, so I gave him my number and we did a conference call. He asked us questions about Morgan Ingram and the people who are harassing us including Tricia Griffith of Websleuths and her friends Terri Stipp and Mayra Martinez along with Michael Odegard, the man from Portland who I never met. We were completely honest with Jung in this interview and left no stone turned. That is what you do when you tell the truth and everything I said in this interview is the truth.

When I got the tea from grocery shopping, I got home and brewed it according the the instructions on the package. I added a tablespoon of sugar and a little bit of milk as well. Corroboration of Crazy: Michael Odegard

"This is where Mr. Odegard insinuates that Brian Mann,
My girlfriend Sarah Afshar and I are
 hiding from the police, but the truth is that we really are not."

In recent months, I have had the pleasure of experiencing what it is like to be cyberstalked by someone I have never met in my life. And my cyberstalker is Michael Odegard from Portland, Oregon. The man has spread so many lies about me, my girlfriend, and basically anyone else he wants to blame for his lack of success on. I took the opportunity to defend myself, as well as, my girlfriend in a podcast.

Mr. Odegard called my phone many times in between late 2012 until mid 2014. After I made the podcast exposing this, they stopped. And although they continue, they are not as intimidating or scary. Rewinding back to 2014, I remember this one time, I actually decided to call one of the numbers back. The number lead to a Portland business called The Black Cat Café, which was then called Legends.

 It dawned on me that something was weird, just not right when I called back.  The person who answered the phone was definitely him trying to pose as a manager. The person had Odegard's voice and even went on to say that he hasn't seen Odegard in months. Almost like Odegard intentionally called to get me to respond to his antics. After I called, I noticed that the libel grew more online and all of the phone calls just kept coming at a rapid rate. I would get more private and restricted calls, but when I would see records of my phone statements, they would show a Portland number calling me.

And clearly we are not!" 

Thanks to people who care about me and my well being, I was able to do a background check on the number. The number linked directly to Odegard, as it was his own personal number. I never called it or anything, but I made sure to block it in case the calls would persist.

But yet we have never been contacted by the police!"

Fast forward a few months, Michael Odegard took to blogger to create one of his infamous hate blogs. As you can see by the screenshots I am displaying, you can get an idea of what I have had to endure (and still continue to endure) from this very crazy and unhinged man from Portland. The sad thing is, this man cannot be reasoned with because he has no conscious.

the truth is, that she doesn't want nothing to do with him at all!"

Odegard harassed my girlfriend Sarah for years because he had an obsession with Sarah's mother. You see, Sarah's mom went into a movie chatroom on MSN where she befriended Odegard. After discovering Odegard wasn't someone she was interested in communicating with, she cut all strings with him. When I contacted him in late 2012 on Facebook asking him to cut his losses in move on, it set him off and I have been a target of his obsession ever since.

The truth is: I never met Brian Mann. I have never been to Portland. Hell, I have never been to the state of Oregon. I don't deserve this. No one does. I really wish Odegard would see that he is wasting his time and life harassing me and other innocent people and the truth is, I never did anything to this guy.

Hey. How are you? Thanks for the question, you know, I have watched both of them and they are both really funny and talented YouTube personalities. I really can't choose between the two. I never heard about them until recently and had the chance to check out their channels. They both seem really diverse and tend to lean towards the comedic spectrum. I can't say that one is funnier than the other because they are both really talented and of course, funny.
