100% Whey Advanced Protein Lab Series by MuscleTech Review

MuscleTech came out with a new protein powder called 100% Whey Advanced a few months ago and I had the opportunity to test and review it. MuscleTech takes great pride in the taste and what they put in their product. What MuscleTech did was create a whole mew protein powder with the highest quality ingredients and pure protein.

What they also did was put BCAA's in with it and also Glutamine too. What that does is help and aid in the absorption of protein and help with recovery and to build lean muscle as well. This is great to take right after you are done with your work out and great with smoothies too.

This protein powder has 25 grams of protein, 5.6 grams of BCAA's , 4.4grams of Glutamine and Precursor per scoop. Also it is Banned Substance free as well as the serving size is 1 scoop.

I tested MuscleTech's Lab Series 100% Whey Advanced protein powder in the following categories, Taste. Mix, how much muscle I gained and also how the recovery was too. So let's get to it now.

The taste was really great and it tasted just like triple chocolate brownie and didn't have funky after taste as well. First, when I mixed it I tried several different ways too. I went and mixed it in a shaker cup with bottled water and there was no clumps and everything blended well. Then I tried it with vanilla soy milk and it still mixed well. I also tried it with the water in a glass and mixing it with a spoon and that worked to a certain point but I recommend that you use a shaker cup to mix it. Then for the ultimate test I went and made a triple chocolate peanut butter brownie smoothie and it passed with flying colors and tasted just like the real thing.

Since I have been taking the 100% Whey Advanced protein powder I have noticed a faster recovery because of the BCAA's and have gained about 4 pounds of lean muscle in about 4 weeks.

I also want to stress about reading the whole label and look at the indigence to see if you may be allergic to anything.

I would definitely recommend this protein powder to anyone who wants to gain lean muscle and a faster recovery. Also I would definitely recommend this to family and friends as well. Protein Review: ISOLATE BUILD by Fuel:One

Its time again for another protein review and this time it's Isolate Build from Fuel:One a new brand that is sold at www.gnc.com and in the stores.

Isolate Build is 100% pure protein isolate. 0grams of fat and 0grams of sugar 20grams of 4 different protein isolates (Hydrolyzed Beef Protein Isolate, 97% Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate) branch chain amino acids, glutamine, and leucine.

Isolate Build comes in 2 different flavors (Vanilla Caramel, Rich Chocolate) my favorite is the Vanilla Caramel. It tastes just like it says, and it has natural flavors.

I have been using this for about 2 weeks and I noticed a big difference. I gained 4 pounds, noticed that my muscles got bigger as well.
The Isolate Build is easy to blend. And is easy on the stomach. I take this between meals, before and after workouts as well.

Serious Mass weight gainer review!

As everyone knows that when you want to bulk up and want to gain lean muscle mass you need to do certain things.  One of things is using a weight gainer. Choosing the perfect weight gainer is key to suit your body's needs and to pack on the lean muscle mass that you want.

There are many different kinds of weight gainers out there on the market these days.  That's why it's important to gather all the information read reviews of people who used the product. Knowing what you put into your body is a great way to start eating and being healthy.

Just recently I got the Vanilla Flavored Serious Mass weight gainer by Optimum Nutrition from GNC for $59.99. I did my research and read the reviews and based on my previous use of the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein.  I got the 12 pound bag-o-weight gainer which is "huge" and has the biggest scoop that I have ever seen! Everything about this weight gainer is HUGE!! From the bag, scoop, and to the amount of the protein, calories, to the amount of amino acids and everything else that is in it.  50 grams of protein,  253 grams of carbs., and25 vitamins and minerals, 1250 calories, 1gram of creatine mmonohydrate just to name a few as well.

What I love about this weight gainer is that you can take it any time; between meals, post-workout and before bedtime. My favorite is before after an intense workout and before bed.
Just as a note: this product contains Beta Carotene which is a precursor to vitamin A and is yellow/orange in color and my alter the appearance of the color of the powder when mixed.

Now lets get to the good stuff....  The taste and mixing of the the shake.
When I test anything that needs to be mixed I test it in 3 ways. Blended in a mixer, a shaker bottle and with the fork or a spoon in a glass. Both the shaker bottle and the fork and spoon method were ok but both still had some clumping but only alittle. But with a blender we all know that theres no clumping and its the best way to add different things to spice up the shake. And now on to the taste... It tasted pretty good.  You can add more water for a not so sweet taste of add less water for a sweeter taste.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 9 because of the taste and everything it has in it.
I would definitely recommend this toa friend of a family member. And I intend to be buying more of this weight gainer. Im completely satisfied with this product.

Review: Hydroxycut Lean Protein shake.

The other day I was at my sisters house and she said that she has something for me to try. She gave me 4 of the Hydroxycut Lean Protein shakes. I was very anxious to give them a try. So I did... As with anything I take, I always read the whole label. I decided to try one right there. She had them in the refrigerator like it said on the label.

It tasted really good. I like how the container had a cap on it so I could save the rest in case I wanted to finish it later. I liked the fact that it has that it was premixed. This product has 16 grams of protein, 0 grams of sugar, and only 100 calories. 

This is perfect for anyone who is trying to loose weight and wanted something in between meals.  Yow can find this product just about anywhere like; Walmart, Walgreens and on some online stores for a good price.
