Fuel:One Rich Chocolate Isolate Build Review

Earlier this year I did a review on the Fuel:One Isolate Build. I got the the Fuel:One Isolate Build Rich Chocolate flavor a month ago and it has been a while since I did a protein review too. So this is a perfect time to do one. So I'm reviewing the Fuel:One Isolate Build Rich Chocolate flavor. Fuel:One has been out for just about a year and the product line has came a long way since Fuel:One has came out with this product line! I have tried a lot of different companies and I can tell you this, that Fuel:One takes great pride in their products, and use the highest quality products in their supplements.

When it comes down to choosing the right protein supplement there are a lot of things to consider like; does it taste good, does it mix good with a shaker cup, what are the ingredients in it and how much ingredients is in there, and are you allergic to anything in it and what kind of protein is in there as well.

This is some of the ingredients that Fuel:One has in their Isolate Build protein powder.

Isolate Build is 100% pure protein isolate. 20 grams of 4 different protein isolates (Hydrolyzed Beef Protein Isolate, 97% Whey Protein Isolate, Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Isolate) branch chain amino acids,leucine and glutamine0 grams of fat and 0 grams of sugar to round things out. Also has a rapid amino acid absorption which is really awesome because you can take this right after you work out and your body can absorb the amino acids a lot quicker as well.

When I opened up the container it smelled great and when I mixed it in a blender for a smoothie it mixed really great and when I tried it in a shaker cup it still had clumps of the unmixed protein powder. This protein powder tasted ok but you can add things like strawberries and or peanut butter and yogurt to boost the amount of protein and make it taste better. What I really like about this product is that it's free of any banned substances.

Pros: This product has everything that you need to pack on muscle. Has a multi blend of different proteins. Has the BCAA's in it as well. It's free of banned substances too.
Best mixes in a blender, but mixes well in a shaker cup.

Cons:  Read the ingredients and full label to see if you are allergic to anything in the product. And Has hydrolyzed beef protein and may not be for you if you are a vegetarian.

I would recommend this amazing product to family and friends that are not allergic to milk, soy, and is not a vegetarian. This product you can find on their website http://www.fuelone.com/ and you can find other Fuel:One supplements and multivitamins at GNC as well.

In conclusion, this supplement is great and does what it says too. I see alot of great and amazing things for Fuel:One in the future.

Until next time, Pay it forward and remember to read the whole label before using the product!

Let's talk about Protein!!!

Joseph Valo III
 PROTEIN!! PROTEIN!!

Well.. everyone knows that if you want to put on muscle you need to eat protein and or drink protein shakes..  Choosing the right protein for what you want to do whether it's gaining muscle mass, loosing weight or just for maintenance purposes.. there are a lot of kinds out there to choose from.

The thing to watch for with soy protein is that is has plant estrogen in it and can possibly raise the estrogen levels. but you can take an estrogen blocker to reduce the levels too which is important if you are taking a testosterone booster. But I will talk about that later on..

Here is a link to a site that has 7 kinds of protein and a description.

Through my experience in loosing weight and bulking up is go with whey protein that has Leucine with it. Here is a link that explains what it is and what it is used for.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leucine .  When I'm on a high protein diet I consume a gram of protein per pound. For example... I weigh 185lbs. so I need to consume 185 grams of protein per day. But since I'm a vegetarian I need to have a little more.

Here are some other links that can help you out too...

Word of advice..  before you just go out and buy some protein powder do some research on what you want to get. Some key things to look for.. Type of Protein, BCAA's, other ingreadents. and READ THE WHOLE LABEL on the product.. This is very important..

Until next time..  Keep focused and great things will come...
