In remembrance of Morgan Ingram

Morgan Ingram was a free spirited young soul who lost her life On December 2nd 2011 due to a stalker. She will be forever remembered as a fun loving, caring, wonderful person who loved to spend time with her friends and family. And loved to travel, go places with her family and just have fun in general. Today marks the 4th year that her life was taken too soon. In fact way too soon. so In this day and every day I would like her family and friends and everyone who knew her remember all the great and wonderful experiences and times that they have shared and how Morgan Ingram positively impacted their lives. Morgan Ingram will always be there with her friends and family watching over them and giving them signs that she is there with them watching over them. 

I would like for every one who reads this blog post please light a candle in remembrance for Morgan Ingram.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Star Wars: The Force Awakens
In theaters December 18th

I think George Lucas is a genius when it comes to science fiction. He managed to create a brand that has branched out for almost 40 years. When you look back at the original Star Wars movie that came out in 1977 who knew that it would go on to become the biggest and most successful film franchise in the history of entertainment.

What I really like about this new movie is the fact they are bringing back Harrison Ford. The original Han Solo. I think he will bring so much to this movie. I also like that they are bring back Carrie Fisher, the original Princess Leila. To be honest, they should have brought them back previously.  

I think the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer looks great (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGbxmsDFVnE) and just gives you a lot of preview. I don't know if you knew this, but this trailer broke records when it first came out. Over 30 million views in just 24 hours which proves Star Wars really is the most popular film franchise and has a lot of fans.

I can't wait until December 18, 2015 which I do believe is the Friday before Christmas. Christmas is the Friday after, so they were smart putting out this movie before then. I can't wait to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Best in Beauty 2015: Men

My girlfriend Sarah Afshar is a beauty writer for Examiner.com. I am very proud of everything she does and I love her so much (and Sarah if you are reading, I love you so much). For Examiner, Sarah created the Best in Beauty Awards and I do believe this is the 2nd year she has done the awards. My stalker from Portland is mentally challenged?

I am getting messages through the roof about Michael Odegard. People are questioning me about the "mentally challenged" man from Portland. First of all, I just wanna say this - Michael Odegard is not mentally challenged. Someone who is mentally challenged has an intellectual disability or trouble adapting to everyday function. Odegard is actually a semi-intelligent guy. I mean, look at what he is doing and he's fooled a lot of people into thinking that me and my girlfriend Sarah Afshar are harassing, stalking and bullying him when he is the one doing it to us. We have ignored him and after I contacted him asking him to please leave my girlfriend and her mother (who he is obsessed with) alone, he created hate blogs as some sort of retaliation to spread more lies.

He told me to kill myself and even posted on public forums from his apartment in Portland that I would bring more to society if I were dead. The man wishes suicide upon people who want nothing to do with him. I've been in the United States Armed forces and have been a volunteer firefighter for over 10 years. I've seen and heard everything and I can take it. But there are people who cannot and Odegard wishing suicide on innocent people proves that he knows exactly what he is doing. I suspect Odegard has always been a trash talking bully hence why he is paranoid and believes he holds power to make someone really take their life. This hateful person is filled with so much negative energy, I really don't believe anyone respects him unless they are that same type of energy.

Michael Odegard is not a victim. He wants people to believe he is a victim because he has no one to blame for his lack of success. Look at his rants. He is a hateful, nasty man who is very negative and it is clear he hates the world and he hates his life. He blames people for that like most people who are like him do. We are not harassing him at all and everything he has said about me, my girlfriend Sarah Afshar, and anyone else he is attacking is not true at all.

Mike Boudet of Sword and Scale

Over a year ago, I was contacted by a man named Mike Boudet. Boudet is an independent podcaster and is known for his true crime podcast, Sword and Scale. He was interested in speaking with me about Toni Ingram. I went on his site when he contacted me and noticed that MayraMM (the woman who is stalking and harassing Toni Ingram and my girlfriend Sarah Afshar) was a regular contributor to the site, so immediately I just knew that if I were to be interviewed, my words would have been edited or changed.

Using my abilities, I saw a connection between him and Tricia Griffith, the administrator of Websleuths and of course, MayraMM (Mayra Martinez) the woman who has been stalking and harassing Toni Ingram and my girlfriend Sarah Afshar. I was able to pick up that Boudet was interested in ratings. In fact, after the podcast about Toni Ingram my girlfriend Sarah Afshar was uploaded (which is filled with nothing but lies) he started spamming the links on my tumblr, where I proceeded to defend my girlfriend from the lies and untruths of Michael Odegard of Portland.

As I sat at the computer, it dawned on me that he was a friend of Tricia Griffith's. I decided to channel to see what Griffith was doing and immediately was able to see her behind all of the lies, the slander, the libel, and everything else trying to discredit Toni Ingram and my girlfriend Sarah Afshar. I also see her as angry that Toni refused a second interview with her and even pissed that Toni didn't send over the evidence she has. Why would Toni? That evidence is sealed and locked for the CBI, not some woman who spends her life online spreading lies about innocent people. I was also able to see that Griffith had an agenda and even went so far to involve other people. One of them being Terri Stipp.

Then, I started to realize that Boudet is this same type of person. Someone who is angry, someone who - if he does not get his way and gets angry to the level of spite. I would say about a month later Boudet was libeling me, my girlfriend Sarah Afshar, and Toni Ingram referring to us as trolls who are behind network of hate sites. Hate sites? The guy was literally spreading propaganda simply because we didn't do the podcast. Then, he posted link to one of the sites directly on his Sword and Scale site. I looked at the one site he shared and there was no hate on there. I channeled and was able to see that one of Morgan's close friends, one that no one knows created the one site and the other was created by someone who has a daughter and wants justice for Morgan's murder.

Boudet went on to say that me and Sarah were harassing Michael Odegard. A few people defended us and were attacked by the crazy stalking hag from Oregon. Some people claim that Boudet never put their comments through. I mean, Boudet was presenting stuff that is not even true and stuff didn't involve Toni Ingram. They even referred to Odegard as mentally challenged man and we were harassing him, blah, blah. All lies. Boudet even added more lies to story by saying Odegard blogged about the Morgan Ingram case. This is a total lie. Odegard blogged about my girlfriend many times and even went on to spread horrible, untrue lies about her (which can be seen and heard here), right before posting that he felt upset she ignored him (and Odegard I have all of the screenshots you don't want anyone else to see of those comments along with the remarks you made about my girlfriend's vagina you sick piece of shit) The fact is, Odegard, the stalker from Portland never blogged about Toni Ingram or the Morgan Ingram case. This is just more lies and I have the evidence of this.

Mike Boudet of Sword and Scale is an accessory to the lies which makes him a liar and I am calling him out. It's disappointing because at first I was convinced Boudet really wanted to hear my side along with my girlfriend's side. Obviously he didn't. Shortly after he published these podcasts, he was promoting Tricia Griffith's radio show asking listener's to check it out. I also know Tricia Griffith of Websleuths is a jealous slob who hates my girlfriend because she interviewed Toni Ingram which is why she recruited Terri Stipp to create hate sites about both Toni and my girlfriend and anyone who supports Toni. Toni Ingram has a ton of evidence and as a psychic medium I was able to see everything that happened. She is not a liar and she is not crazy. She's telling the truth about what happened to her daughter, something that none of these people defending Keenan have yet to do.

Channeling Joe Keller

A few people have asked me about a young man named Joseph Keller who went missing in late July of this year, 2015. I didn't really get a full backstory on this young man, but was told he is from Tennessee, but disappeared when visiting Colorado on vacation. As a psychic, I am all about helping other people and using my gift for the right reasons to find out what happened.

After meditating for about 20 minutes, I decided to lay down, cover my eyes, and let my mind wander. At this point, I was being shown a young man that looked about 20 years old. I would say he's about 5'7. He looks to be 160, maybe 170 pounds. He has an athletic build. I see him with a group of friends. Immediately I am picking up his name Joe and actually hear them talking. I see them on the road and making a stop in Colorado. The day of the jog, he was wearing what looks to be red running shorts and a light shirt. I want to say gray. I am going to say he had on blue shoes.

I see his friend with him. The friend has brown hair, dark brown hair and an athletic build. Both are jogging on a trail. As they continued to jog, I see that Joe and his friend come across a fork in the path. Instead of sticking together, I literally see Joe and his friend splitting up and going in different directions. I see Joe going to the right and his friend to the left. Joe is wearing red running shorts. I see Joe just jogging and looking at the beauty of the mountains. Almost awe struck.

It was starting to get late. Meanwhile, Joe lost track of time and I see him getting lost. I also see him having a shortness of breath. I can feel the air and due to the altitude it is thin, which he is not use to. I see Joe trying to find his way back, but he gets loss even more in the process. The next day I see him almost in a state of confusion. I see him trying to build a shelter to stay warm. I am picking up several emotions, but I see Joe as being a strong willed individual. Almost headstrong. I also see Joe showing signs of where he was in case others were looking for him.

He is 10 miles away from the search. The search needs to be expanded further. The area of the search, that is. He is telling me he did die and it was due to no food. He is standing to the side and has a gray tone to him, which tells me he is deceased. I am also getting the feeling that he was dehydrated, as well. My lips feel dry so I am also going to guess this contributed to his death. I see his body by a big stone laying on it's side. He is showing me that he is next to the big stone and he still has on the red shorts too. I don't know why but the red shorts keep standing out. I believe it's a sign, as this can be a link to finding him.

Joe is telling me that he loves his family very much. He also says he wishes that he and his friend never split up. At the time, he was awe struck and he thought he knew it all and had the answers. He was an adventurous kid and loved running. He thought he would be able to find his way back. He told me to tell Collin he is sorry.

Ok, I have to stop. I am starting to get dizzy. I will channel this again because I feel there may be more clues shown to me including where he is located. I was not going to put this out there, but I truly believe that the search area needs to be extended and I believe within the 10 miles extension he will be found lying next to the big stone. I believe his family needs to know where he is and how he died so they can have closure.

The death of Elisa Lam

My girlfriend Sarah Afshar and I were talking yesterday and she asked me if I could channel Elisa Lam. She explained to me that Elisa's death remains unsolved. She went on to tell me that how she died is a mystery, but how she was found was extremely sinister. Needless to say, I was real curious based on what Sarah told me. She didn't tell me too much about Elisa Lam's death and insisted that I do not search "Elisa Lam" on Google because she didn't want anything distorting my channeling.

As I covered my eyes I started channeling. I would say immediately a woman about 5'4, maybe even 5'5 appeared. She looked to be of Asian decent. I saw her taking something. Something as in pills. I am not detecting any hardcore drugs like Ectasy (or MDMA) or anything like that. I am detecting they were sleeping pills. I am not sure if she took too many or too high of a dosage because all I saw when I channeled was this woman taking medication.

Continuing with the channel, I saw Elisa literally sleep walking and just wondering around the hotel. I even see her entering an elevator and pushing all of the buttons. I don't see her conscious at all. In fact, I am picking up multiple feelings. A feeling of confusion, being dazed, almost befuddled, but being unconscious and even lost. She was in a dream state because she was asleep.

The channel took me to Elisa staggeringly walking to the roof top area of where she was staying. I do believe the elevator took her there and I do see steps like she walked up a few to get there. She looked confused, disoriented and almost appeared to be hallucinating as well. She thought she was going down, but it turned out she went all of the way up. I saw that the water tank was to the right.

I literally see Elisa walking over to the water tank and opening it up. I am picking up that she sees it as being the door to the hotel to where she was staying. Instead, it is the water tank and I see her falling in. She tries to escape, but the door closed behind her and she cannot get out. She's trapped and as she falls in, she basically drowned to death. This is how she died.

Meanwhile, no one knows she is there until the entire hotel notices odd things about the water. I am being shown what looks to be grey water with a darkest red color with it and the smell and the taste smelled rotten. A very acquired yet revolting taste that can be best described as rotten meat mixed with a musky perfume, but even more sinister and unpleasant. I also see water running very very slow, as if Elisa Lam's body was controlling the pressure. I do believe that happened as well.

I see that she was missing for about 3 weeks or so before she was actually discovered in the tank. She wasn't murdered and her death was not a suicide. This is a result of accidentally drowning which was caused and exacerbated by drugs. In this case, sleeping pills. I don't know if she took too much, but based on the taste it is possibility. It didn't help she sleep walked. I'm guessing the place she stayed, the hotel wasn't a busy place because if it were, someone would have noticed and woke her up.

Some things to look for when purchasing a BB Cream

When you think of a BB Cream you think that's for a woman right? Wrong!  Because there are many things that make up the BB Cream or Beauty Balm. It has a moisturizer, sunblock, serum, foundation and primer all in one. You can use it to hide blemishes, and as a sun block as well. There are different shades for different skin tones too.

Ok, here is the first and main thing to do when purchasing a BB Cream is get a sample and have it match up with your skin tone. You done want to get something lighter or darker that doesn't match the rest of your skin tone. The main purpose is to be matched with your skin tone and hide blemishes

Then secondly, get a small sample and test it on a small part of your skin to check for sensitivity, If you get something that you are extremely sensitive to, your skin will break out and then you will have other problems that you do not want. Also with this sample you can see how it covers any blemishes and matches to your skin tone as well.

Also you would want to read the whole label to see what all is in there to see if you are allergic to anything before you even put it on your skin for even the skin test. And if you are a first time user ask some one how to apply it and how much, because the last thing you want is to put on a lot and have it look like it is caked on and unnatural. So don't be afraid to ask for help. And just remember that men can use BB Cream too.

Keyword and SEO Manipulation used by my stalker in Portland, Oregon

Hello everyone. How are you doing? So, today I get a call from an old friend of mine today who said they typed in my name and found all sorts of crazy stuff about me. Stuff that wasn't even true in relation to "that crazy guy from Portland that is accusing you and some Brian guy of stalking him" as my friend puts it.  What I found odd was when you type in Joseph Valo III or Joe Valo III or even Joseph Valo and Joe Valo, my stalker Michael Odegard's name comes up immediately. It also comes up as "Michael Odegard's Stalker Joseph Valo."

Then I did a search on my girlfriend Sarah Afshar's name and it shows the same thing except a crazy stalking hag from Eugene Oregon who has took it upon herself to libel my girlfriend. The same one who stalks and harasses Toni Ingram. Upon investigation, I did some research and discovered keyword manipulation. I contacted a few people and they told me that what Odegard is doing is basically Black Hat SEO. Then it says "Did you mean Michael Odegard Music?" This leads me to believe that Odegard and Mayra Martinez (MayraMM) had help from a third party source to manipulate the keywords. I typed in a few people's names and didn't find any connection, so I decided to channel. As a psychic medium, I do that when I can't find the answer to something. The first thing I saw was purple before seeing Sword and Scale, realizing that Mike Boudet was behind this. I, then googled Mike Boudet which allowed me to see he has experience with SEO and so forth.

I am not surprised since my girlfriend and I never did Boudet's podcast. Kind of disappointed because my girlfriend and I never once belittled him, even though he has told several people we have. At least that is what I am being told. I knew his connection to Tricia and could it see it over a year ago when he first contacted me, but overlooked it. Tricia Griffith of Websleuths the mastermind behind the libel, slander, and defamation of my girlfriend Sarah Afshar and Toni Ingram, the mother of Morgan Ingram. Boudet is behind the keyword manipulation and is helping Michael Odegard seek revenge against those people that he has stalked and harassed yet tried to say that we are the ones harassing him. Looking at everything though, it is only allowing people to see the truth about me and my girlfriend when anyone types in one of names and seeing how much of a liar Odegard is.

What concerns me most is Michael Coleman Odegard is making money from my name. We have a man who sells a story to the government to collect his monthly payment simply because he is unwell. It is very clear he does have Munchausen syndrome by internet. I am no psychologist, but it doesn't take one to know how unstable this man is. I also think he may have HPD, BPD, and possibly paranoid schizophrenia, as well. Again, not a psychologist. I actually have a few friends with mental illnesses who would never do what Odegard is doing. Odegard is filled with negative energy because no one would spitefully lie like he does.

The lies he has told are disgusting, especially about me and my girlfriend and I feel bad for anyone who believes what they are being told by this man. Don't believe what he is selling you. It was this podcast that riled him up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0nctMBJV5s and he's been trying to get it taken down ever since I did it. He is scared that people will know the truth about him. He created those sites with the intent to stalk and harass both my girlfriend and I because he was/is obsessed with my girlfriends mother and we have tons of proof. Odegard is playing the victim so he can get away with harassment. He's already threatened to kill me and I have tons of proof no matter how many denials he makes. He has a record in Portland and in Vancouver, Washington. He's been in and out of mental facilities. This is clearly someone who is not well and believes he has the right to spread horrible, untrue lies about other people because he is not well. What concerns me most is how a mentally unstable individual who is filled with so much hate for himself and the world is making money from my name, as well as, my girlfriend's name. Is Michael Odegard really cashing in on his lies and slander against me and my girlfriend, as well as, Brian Mann?

Question of the Day: Do you still talk to the Gods n Aliens?

Q: What's up Joe? How are you? I was a fan of the band you were in called Gods and Aliens. I saw you perform at the Deadhorse back in early 2013 shortly before you parted ways with the band. I really love The Calling. It was the best song in the entire play lineup and I really loved the solo you performed in the beginning. You are a phenomenal bass player. I wanted to ask, do you still talk to the band?

First, I want to say thank you. Thank you for the wonderful compliment. One of the reasons I stayed with Gods n Aliens for so long was because of not only the music, but because of the fans and people like you, so your words are appreciated.

Unfortunately, I don't talk to the band anymore and haven't talked to them in almost 3 years. I think it's better this way simply because I am working on a new music project right now with my girlfriend Sarah.

What to look for when getting men's skincare

There are a lot of men out there who don't know that much about skincare and it's a part of grooming as well. So first thing you do is go to the make up counter at the store like Clinique, Ulta, Sephora and so forth. Ask them if they have anything for men's skincare. and they will. Just don't be scared. Just be a man and go up and ask. They will be able to give you a consultation for free and they will even give you some samples to try as well. and Just remember that skincare is NOT just for women but for men too. Here is an experience that I had when I went to Macy's in the Ross Park Mall.

I went to Ross Park Mall in Ross Twp. just outside the City of Pittsburgh to go and get some samples for my girlfriend Sarah because I wanted to get her something but I didn't know what she wanted. So I went to every place that I could go to in the mall and got her samples. And I was going to go and get my self a BB Cream as well. It turned out that I was in Macy's by the Clinique makeup counter.

I walked up and asked about their BB Cream for men. and the person at the counter asked me if I wanted a free consultation. I said sure. so they sat me down in the chair and asked me a few questions like, "What skin type do I have oily or not oily?" and so forth. I answered the questions and she went step by step and told me what she was putting on my face and why. She used a cleanser, exfoliator serum and then the moisturizer. The she went and matched up my skin tone with the BB Cream.

The person at the the makeup counter was nice to me and very knowledgeable about everything that she was doing and about the products as well. After everything was all done I went and got the toner that she put on my face in stead of the BB Cream. And I even gave her a tip as well. So that just goes to show you that skincare is not just for women but fir men as well. That it don't take anything to just go and ask. The people that work at the makeup counters know their stuff and if you have a question you can even go and ask them.

Also some things to take into consideration is, your skin type, is your skin more oily in the summer than in the winter or vise versa, allergies is a big one, and how sensitive your skin is. That is the importance that when you go to these makeup counters that you ask as much questions that you can. write them down if you cannot remember them. Also for a boost of support is to have your loved one go with as well. It will show her that you care about yourself too. But the reason you get the samples is to test it on a little part of the skin to see of you have any allergies and or if your skin breaks out as well. Also it will save you a lot of money too in the long run.

How to make a grooming kit for men to take on a camping trip

Going camping can prove to be a little challenging for grooming and also depends on how long you are going to be camping for. Being able to be well groomed can be tricky like shaving washing your hair and smelling good and keeping the proper hygiene as well. From my experiences of being out in the woods for weeks on end there is an importance of proper hygiene and grooming.  I know that the first time I went I went and took the basics, washcloth towel, soap, shampoo, razor and shaving cream. and I got eaten up by bugs and mosquitoes. 

To keep from getting eaten alive by the bugs and mosquitoes use unscented products and and wash yourself regularly. There are many products that are made just for that purpose. like unscented soap, baby wipes, dry shampoo, dry conditioner, unscented shaving cream and unscented deodorant. This is what I take when I go camping. Now keep in mind that this is very basic list.  

1 bag with a zipper.

1 wash cloth

1 towel

1 bottle of dry shampoo

1 bottle of dry conditioner

1 razor

1 can of unscented shaving cream

1 bottle of unscented after shave

1 pair of finger nail clippers w/file

3 packs of unscented baby wipes

1 bar of unscented antibacterial soap

With this list of basic grooming items, you can stay well groomed while camping in the woods. You can either add to this list or take away from it. But just make sure that it is unscented. What you are trying to prevent is getting eaten alive by the bugs and making your camping trip a good one. You can find these products anywhere and even come camping websites and stores sell them as well. So do your research and you will fine the right products for you. also another thing to take into consideration is how long you will be camping and how much space you have for the items. So to cut down the amount of items if you are tight on space is to find unscented 2 in 1 products and get smaller bottles of he product that are half size and so on.

Cheaters Exposed By Ashley Madison Hack

A cheater is not defined by race, color of skin, ethnicity, or sex. It can be male or female as well. In the recent weeks a group of hackers went and hack the Ashley Madison website that promoted cheating. I do not condone cheating and never will. It mean, despicable, and shows everyone what type of person you are. And the person that cheats has low self esteem, the lowest standards if any, and trash. Because they done care about the person they are with and they don't care about themselves as well as their families which include the innocent third parties like children and family members too. it can destroy marriages and relationships and friendships as well and make everyone think twice about you as well.

The Ashley Madison hack has exposed countless number of cheaters all around the world as well. High level of government employees using the government computers to go on to the website and so forth. And now there are reports of people getting extorted and everything else. But I can say that those people who cheated have it coming.

I was in a relationship in Texas for about 9 months and I'm not going to get too personal about this but I caught her cheating on me. And here is the way I was able to catch her cheating on me and it wasn't even through hacking. It all started when she went and left for long periods of time like for the whole weekend at a time and it didn't stop there, it was during the week day and nights as well. she never even would tell me where she was going just in case something would happen. She didn't tell no one not even her parents. And when I would ask her where she was she got all defensive about it and accuse me of cheating.

And when she would come back her hair would be all messed up and she would be all a mess and distant. We were always fighting and she would accuse me of cheating on her every time. And I remember one night I came home from work a little late. She had some of our friends there and she just screamed and hollered insisting that I was with some one else and that I cheated on her. She went over to me and pulled my pants and underwear down in front of every one and was smelling to see if I had cheated on her. He our friends told her that she was crazy and left. And then she wasn't going to shower until I admitted to cheating on her.

I said to her that she is crazy and if that happens I'm sleeping on the couch. So I slept on the couch for 2 weeks and I never had no physical contact with her because she was all nasty and rank. and now keep in mind that the fighting and arguing and the accusations kept on. And she would still disappear for days at a time.  I know that she was cheating on me but I had no proof. But I would find out soon enough. at the end of the 2 weeks one day I went to work and was there for about 2 hours and I had to go back to the apartment to get something. When I got to the apartment I noticed that one of our friends truck was there. I didn't pay no mind to it. and I went into the apt and got what I went there to get and noticed that the door was closed. and heard some noises coming from there.

So I went and opened the door and I caught her red handed!! Hell underneath him... And I said, "ahh hmm" in an authoritative type of sound and he immediately stopped and they went and both covered up. And she told me to get the "F" out. and I said,"I finally caught you." And he said " Are you going to kick my ass?" And I said "No." and he said,"Why?" And I said to him, "You must either be really stupid of the man of the year because she hasn't showered for 2 weeks" And he look at me and his eyes got heal huge like WTF. Then he looked at her said, "You told me that you showered!" Her face got 3 shades of purple and threw the lamp at me. I shut the door, left and went back to work.

At first I was hurt because I felt betrayed but then I realized that I'm much better than she could ever be and that I was too good for her and kicked her out. By her cheating on me it made my life hell in this way. She got me fired from a good job where I was working at by going in and causing a scene, every where we would go she would be accusing me of looking at other women and even pick fights with other women just to make a scene, all the constant fighting and arguing and I couldn't even go to the store let alone work with out being accused of cheating on her. She even had our friends and her friends go and check up on me as well.

All the signs were there of her cheating but I just needed  the proof.. Being gone for hours and days on end, the accusations that were constant, the fighting, and so forth. I am happy this happened because in the end,  I am with the one woman I am meant to be with and her name is Sarah Afshar. Cheating is not worth it. If you are unhappy in the relationship just leave. Or try and work things out to prevent it from happening. 

Michael Vick Signs With Pittsburgh Steelers For One Year

Every one was shocked and taken by surprise by the news that yesterday the Pittsburgh Steelers has signed Michael Vick. It stirred up a lot of controversy because of Vick's actions back in 2007 for financing a dog fighting ring in which he lost a multi million dollar endorsement and served his time in prison. I know that people can change but only if they want to. And I know that a lot of people and I feel what he did was wrong and extremely messed up. But he did do the time and payed the punishment for his crime and for the dogs that he has hurt.

If you look back from the time he went to prison and got out till now, he has never gotten in trouble with the law and everything. I think what had happened was that he got mixed up with the wrong people and he lost control.  And from what I can see that he has changed because he wanted to change. And that is the only way to change. I know that the coaching staff and the Pittsburgh Steelers owners and administration and the NFL have did an extensive back ground check and everything. The have found out that he did change hence the reason he is on the team.

How can you tell if someone has truly change? You can tell by their actions and what and how they do everything. I also know that there is probably something in the contract that states about any action of misconduct of that nature or so forth would result in immediate termination of the contract. 

I seen that there is a petition for Michael Vick to be removed from the Pittsburgh Steelers. But I urge everyone to judge him for his past because of what he did. Let him prove to everyone how he has changed and why the Pittsburgh Steelers signed him. There is a reason for everything that they do. And they may just want to switch up everything and keep everything fresh and different. If the Rooneys and the coaching staff and the rest of the team players believe in him to do the job of backing Ben Roethlisberger for this season. Then we should let them do their job. So lets give Michael Vick a chance to see what great positive things he can do for the Pittsburgh Steelers on the field and off the field. 

Some things to look for when purchasing men's grooming products

We all have been there men, we go to the store to get some razors, skincare products, shampoo and conditioner or even the beard and mustache trimmer and we cannot make up our mind. Well here are somethings to take into consideration when you go shopping you your grooming products to help ease your confusion.It all depends what you are looking for. 

There are many types of razors. Ones with multiple blades, ones, with single blades. Then you have to bang and tap the the razor on the side of the sink in which can and will damage the razor and the hair will still be there after you still go through all that work. and then you will have to end up using 2 or 3 to get the job done. Believe me I have been there and done that. Not only do you spend more money on the razors but you you also run the risk of damaging your skin as well and leaving it irritated as well. 

You also have to take into consideration that if you have thick and coarse facial hair you will need a better razor as well.  If you have very sensitive skin you will need a razor with a good moisturizing lubricating strip on the razor as well. not only will that help with the irritation but it will help to keep it a clean, smooth and close shave. Also some things that can effect the shaving process is the type of shaving cream, gel or oil that you use. 

The purpose of a shaving cream, gel and oil is to help nourish the skin, help aid in a nice clean smooth close shave with less irritation. Also to help prepare the hair to be shaven by making it stand strait up for a better shave as well. And then also you need a great aftershave. there are some great aftershaves of all prices that does what it says. 

You also should look for one that has Witch Hazel in it because it helps to lessen the irritation from shaving and if you have sensitive skin, you need something like that because if you don't your face will become Irritated and so forth.  No keep in mind also that when you shave you are taking off the dead skin like when you are exfoliating as well. So when you shave you don't need to exfoliate those areas that you have shaved. if you do you can damage and irritate your skin.

Wildfires on the West Coast.

As the temperatures continue to increase and the lack of rain continue to happen. The wildfires on the west coast continues to wreak havoc and destroy countless number of houses and thousands upon thousands of acres of forest and land. 3 days ago the U.S. Military is sending 200 soldiers to help the thinly spread 30,000 firefighters that are out there already battling the wild fires. 

With me being a former volunteer firefighter I have seen some wildfires as well. And they can start just about any way possible. Could be that some one was driving along the freeway and tossed a cigarette butt out the window in the the extremely dry conditions. A reflection through a piece of class from a stationary object with an effect like a magnifying glass focusing the light in to a point. Or it could be just that dry that the material just starts to burn through spontaneous combustion due to the flash point.

I'm going to share with you an experience that I had with one particular wildfire.


I was in a Forrest fire in Corriganville MD. back in 2001 It was about 2 weeks before the 9-11 attacks happened.  We were there creating a fire line clearing trees, leaves and everything that was combustible. We were put right in front of 28 foot sheer face of rock and we could see it in a far distance and just right after we got done with making the fire lines we were told to hurry to our positions. Just as soon as we grabbed our nozzles and got in to positions it switch from a bright sunny partly cloudy day to darker than night with in seconds, then we seen this orange glow and then about 30 seconds from that we felt this breeze. 


Just then the flames just shot strait up the 28 foot high sheer rock face and was 30 feet in the air!!!   I swear it was like standing at the lake of fire!!!!  All you could see was the real bright glow of the flames with the shadows of the trees. We were told to open the nozzles up full bore and fight for our lives! At that exact moment the flames shot up the sheer face 28 foot and an additional 30 feet in the air and everyone thought that it was going to jump the fire line and hit us dead on but it didn't.  The big guy was definitely looking after us that day! About 200 yards down from us was a natural gas well that was well protected as well.. so we all were extremely lucky!!

The firefighters that just fight wild fires know what they are doing from their years of experience and training that never stops. And they have to be in top shape as well. These men and women that fight wild fires put their lives at risk to help protect the forests, land, housed and even people from them. So if you know any one who either fights wildfires or is a Smoke Jumper, tell them thanks and that you appreciate what they do. 

Smoke jumpers have it extremely harder that anyone else. They parachute into the Hot Zone with just only a few days of supplies and they are totally surrounded by the fire its self. So when you see any media coverage or read anything about the West Coast Wild fires think about what the Firemen are going through and say a prayer to help protect them.

Big Spider vs. Big Insect !

 We all know that there are big spiders and big bugs out there. But what I had seen today makes you wonder what kind of spider is this and what kind of bug is this as well.  I was taking out dome trash and what I thought was a leaf moving on the porch but to my surprise it was actually a big black with a blue hue winged insect just literally dragging an huge olive brown colored spider across the porch. So I immediately went and got the camera and snapped some pictures of what was going on. 

The black insect was dragging the huge olive brown color Furrow Spider down a couple of steps, on to the brick wall, back across the corner of the porch and down the other side of the wall. Where it fell on the plastic grate right in front of the garage door. But the spider was to big to fit through the hole in the grate. Where it just sat there trying not to get pulled in to the hole.

Now, either that black insect was extremely hungry or the spider may have tried to catch the winged insect for food. I have neither seen a spider like that and the black insect like that either let alone a spider getting dragged across the ground like it was nothing! My girlfriend thinks it is a black wasp spider or a spider wasp.  The big huge spider is called a Furrow Spider.

Cyber Bullying.

 Hello everyone. How are you? Today, I want to talk about something that seems to be happening quite often on the internet, bullying. You see, we all at some point in our lives have been bullied, harassed and even stalked, but with the internet readily available on just about every device, it seems to have moved on to another platform or stage, so to speak where it seems to cause more damage than the physical kind. Because of the social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and so forth.  Believe it or not, there are people who believe everything that they see on the social media, as there are people who live by it as well. 

The thing is basically anyone can go online and harass, bully and even stalk some one for just about any reason. Whether the person got offended by what the intended target said or it could be that the person is unhinged and bored and likes to do that to people who they don't even know nor have ever met in person.

I have been bullied, harassed and everything else in school and I was able to deal with it. But recently with in the last few years, I have been harassed, stalked, and yes bullied on the internet. In fact, I am being harassed, stalked, and even bullied by a man from Portland, Oregon who I never met in my life. 

The point is, people can hide behind the computer and say what ever they want to say because they dont have to worry about ever having to encounter the person at all. They will do anything to drag you down to their level, at whatever way they can. Whether it is posting rude comments under your pictures, creating hate sites, or even threaten to release all your personal information.

There are many ways you can deal with this, depending on the type of harassment you are enduring. If they are not effecting you, you can just ignore them. However; if they have affected you in someway and you feel your life is threatened, you can do what I did with my stalker and file multiple reports to leave a paper trail in case that person tries to follow through on their threats towards. Now, my cyberstalker/cyberbully is a 40+ year old man from Portland. I filed multiple reports based on both the content of the threats and the fact that this man has been in/out of mental health institutions.

My interview with AJ Jung

A while ago, my girlfriend Sarah Afshar and I were contacted by a friend of Morgan Ingram's for an interview. His name is AJ Jung and he is the creator of the Keenan Vanginkel blog. He said that he was spammed some podcast about us and he said it was real libelous and you could tell the people that appeared on it were lying to try and discredit Toni Ingram and everyone who supports her. I'm gonna take a stab and guess it's the one with Mike Boudet which is filled with lies. I listened to it and it is all lies. What was real messed up was my stalker, the man from Portland and his 45 minute rant of fruit cake.

Jung knew it was all lies too. So that is when he wanted to hear our side of the story, so I gave him my number and we did a conference call. He asked us questions about Morgan Ingram and the people who are harassing us including Tricia Griffith of Websleuths and her friends Terri Stipp and Mayra Martinez along with Michael Odegard, the man from Portland who I never met. We were completely honest with Jung in this interview and left no stone turned. That is what you do when you tell the truth and everything I said in this interview is the truth.
