Shaving cream Review: Schulz & Malley Brush-less Shaving Cream

  Every man knows that when they shave they have to use shaving cream or gel. If you don't and dry-shave you will tear your skin up. I know from experience.                                                          When I tried out this product: it went on nice and easy, was a close shave and provided a nice barrier between the skin and the razor. I had no irritation or anything. It also lifts stubborn hair and softens it for a nice smooth and close shave....                                                                               

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. As with anything you must read the entire label for the directions.

Stress, Can We Beat It?... Hell Yea!!!

Stress can be that thing that sometimes can drive us over the edge, can have a negative impact on our lives and also can harm our bodies. 

We can get all stressed out buy our jobs, everyday life, and so on. some of the negative things about stress include and are not limited to: hair loss, over eating, smoking, wrinkles, taking things out on other people, and doing crazy things.

Everyone encounters some type of stress in one way or another; whether it's at work due to an increased work load, an extremely tight deadline for an important project or you are a stay at home mom and the kids are totally wreaking havoc.

There are many different ways to alleviate the stress. You can try one of the following: Take a 10 to 15 minute break to clear your mind, go out in a empty field and just scream as loud you can, go for a short walk, or my favorite thing is go work out and take your aggression out on a punching bag. 

There are so many constructive ways to get rid of stress, you just have to be a little creative and use what works best for you. I would not recommend doing anything that can harm your body like taking a drug or stimulant. This is all about clearing your mind so you can get back to what your doing. with that in mind, you will be more focused and relaxed.

Every great skin care routine has to start with a great cleanser and exfoliator. Everyone has different skin types; sensitive, oily and non-oily etc. I had the opportunity to try this product from a sample box I get every month from Birch Box Men. this product is an exfoliating cleanser and brightener. You could say that this is a 3-in-1 product. 

When I first used this product, I noticed it had a creamy yet gritty texture. the grittiness is the exfoliator to get rid of the dead skin cells to let the new skin cells grow. After using this product, my skin felt clean, energized, smooth and oil free.

Review: Hydroxycut Lean Protein shake.

The other day I was at my sisters house and she said that she has something for me to try. She gave me 4 of the Hydroxycut Lean Protein shakes. I was very anxious to give them a try. So I did... As with anything I take, I always read the whole label. I decided to try one right there. She had them in the refrigerator like it said on the label.

It tasted really good. I like how the container had a cap on it so I could save the rest in case I wanted to finish it later. I liked the fact that it has that it was premixed. This product has 16 grams of protein, 0 grams of sugar, and only 100 calories. 

This is perfect for anyone who is trying to loose weight and wanted something in between meals.  Yow can find this product just about anywhere like; Walmart, Walgreens and on some online stores for a good price. Review: Jet Mass by GAT

I just recently was searching for a good product with creatine in it and came across Jet Mass by GAT. Let me just say I was impressed, simply put. It does what it says and tastes very good too. There was no loading phase and it mixed well to with no clumps. I took it directly after my work outs and before I went to bed. I would recommend that you try the Tropical Ice flavor.

This product has ultra-pure German creatine in it as well as a lot of other stuff that compliments it too.

       I was on A1 Supplements looking at their selection of protein powders and I came across Muscle Juice Revolution 2600 Platinum Series from Ultimate Nutrition. I read the reviews and all about the product and decided to give it a try. The list price is $89.99 and I got on sale for $51.95. It comes in a 11 pound container which is HUGE! compared to a 2.5 or a 5 pound container. It also comes in 5 different flavors: vanilla, chocolate, banana, cookies $ cream and strawberry.

       I personally recommend the vanilla because you can use it as a base for all types of smoothies. Now lets get to the good parts...  by its self it has 56g of protein, mixed with 2% milk it has 74g of protein. It has all of the omegas and everything else.
