I found out that there several things that can trigger them like: stress, caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, drugs, nicotine just to name a few. After a few months they stopped when I found out what had triggered them. But still to this day I get one once in a while like the sudden change in the weather like last night. Through my experience with these headaches it can be debilitating like loosing your job and missing out on important things in life like I have experienced. With the proper help and the desire to better yourself, you can get a better grip on this and live a better productive life. Just remember that you are not alone when it comes to this.. there are millions of people that get them and It's how you deal with them..
